The Good: In a move that many hope will invigorate a lazy nation, the President’s Challenge Adult Fitness Test has been created and was open to the public this past Wednesday.
The Bad: We all hear of the run of the mill murders, stabbing, gun shots, car tampering, etc. but this is nothing like I have ever heard before.
