For every one of these horror stories, there are hundreds of positive stories. The unfortunate part is that the positive stories of ids are somehow seen as inferior to these negative stories because of the smaller crowd they draw. As for SquirrelMan, he really is an awesome person. Joshua Trujillo, the journalist I mentioned, actually lived near Squirrel Man and has blogged on the experience.
